Tim’s career has included practising in major London law firms as well as heading-up a team of lawyers within a large multi-national business. He is used to working on complex national and international contracts, ranging from large outsourcing agreements to joint ventures, licensing and franchise agreements for various clients in various industries.

Tim has experience of working in the entertainment, sports and leisure industries. He has advised (and been operating board member of and company secretary to) a company holding the commercial hospitality and ticketing rights to the 2007 and 2011 Rugby World Cup, one of the largest sporting events in the world, as well as working on a range of matters in respect of other prestigious venues and events.

Tim has also focused on a range of commercial transactions and matters for leading media (particularly digital media) and telecommunications organisations and has advised on cutting-edge internet, software and other I.T./technology-related matters.
