Helen is an Associate in the Private Property and Agriculture team specialising in non-contentious residential, agricultural and rural property law, including sales and purchases and landlord and tenant. Helen’s agricultural and equestrian background assists in providing practical advice in such transactions.
Helen joined Clarke Willmott in September 2009 as a trainee solicitor after her law degree at The University of Exeter. Helen qualified as a solicitor in September 2011.
Agricultural conveyancing. Helen has acted for various farming clients in the sale and purchase of agricultural land, including dealing with the transfer of Basic Payment entitlements and environmental schemes.
Residential conveyancing. Helen has dealt with numerous residential sales and purchase transactions of freehold and leasehold properties of differing values.
Landlord and tenant. Helen has dealt with leases of agricultural property and many residential tenancies.
First registrations. Helen has experience in dealing with many first registration applications with the Land Registry including for residential properties, farms and large estates.
