Our Birmingham office is a haven for businesses and individuals who are in need of legal support, especially when they are faced with change or a challenge. Our people, skills and services combine to nurture and protect our client’s interests and we are known for providing excellent legal advice in an approachable and accessible way. With 50 staff, including 11 partners, we work together to make sure you feel welcome when you visit us and that all of your legal needs are met. As part of a national law firm, we’re able cover a lot of ground and always take a ‘can do’ approach to our work.
Established in 2005, our office is central to Colmore Business District and only half a mile from Birmingham New Street railway station.

Our Birmingham office services
Our commercial clients see us as a valuable advisor to SME’s and mid-market businesses in the West Midlands. We specialise in working with families and their businesses and offer a range of commercial and private client services, including family business agreements.
We have particular expertise in real estate and our commercial property and construction specialists work with clients of all shapes and sizes.
For any disputes you may have, we have commercial and private client litigation lawyers and also offer alternative dispute resolution, including construction mediation.
Clarke Willmott’s personal injury, serious injury and medical negligence solicitors have a presence in Birmingham and we work with a wide range of clients.
Our work in the community
Our current office charity is Autism West Midlands, the leading charity in the area for people on the autism spectrum. They use their expertise to enrich the lives of autistic people and those who love and care for them. Their passionate, expert staff and volunteers work across all age groups and abilities, providing direct support.
