Acted for the shareholders on the sale of Berkshire Labels Limited to Belgian company Accent NV and reinvestment of some of the proceeds into the Buyer.

  • Capital Cash Limited

Advised on the sale of Capital Cash, the largest franchisee for Cash Converters in the UK, to the UK’s largest second-hand retailer, Cash Converters UK. Listed on the Australian Stock Exchange, Cash Converters is the master franchisor to 188 stores in the UK, and more than 700 stores worldwide.
