Simon is a Partner in the Corporate team specialising in the acquisition and disposal of companies and businesses (domestic and cross-border), debt and equity fundraisings, reorganisations, demergers and corporate joint ventures.
Originally from the South West, Simon graduated from Exeter University with a first class law degree. He joined Clarke Willmott in 2011 from City firm Charles Russell (now Charles Russell Speechlys) and is recommended in Legal 500.
Simon is a member of the firm’s cross-disciplinary team advising on Hinkley Point C related matters, including the formation of supply chain consortia. He also provides corporate support to our Social Housing team.

Service Works Group (an international software company with operations in the UK, Canada and Australia)
Intrinsys Limited (a UK leader in PLM Software)
the “Symetri” business of Airbus Defence and Space.
Acting for the management team on the £17 million management buy-out of nationwide, Northampton-headquartered, Panther Logistics.
Advising on the disposal of Nuclear Decommissioning Services Limited to Logística y Acondicionamientos Industriales SA (LAINSA).
Advising the childrens nursery group, Eduko Education Limited, on multiple acquisitions.
Acting for HSBC Bank plc in connection with its funding for the £8.5m management buy-out of Aero Stanrew Limited.
Acting as special English counsel to a multilateral development bank in connection with a US$20m and US$12m syndicated loan facility.
