About our Manchester office

We pride ourselves on our straight talking approach, expertise and consistently excellent service.

We first opened in Manchester in 2010 and have since grown our presence in the city. It is now a full-service offering and home to more than 70 of our people. We have built a strong reputation with our clients and contacts in the region, and also serve many of our National clients from the office.

By Rail

The closest railway station to our Manchester office is Manchester Piccadilly which is a approx. 13min walk/0.6mile walk via Charlotte Street. The nearest tram stop is St Peters Square which is only a couple of minutes’ walk from Spring Gardens.

By Bus

There are lots of bus routes which stop in the city centre with the closest stop being St Peter’s square, a one min walk from our office.

By Air

The nearest airport is Manchester Airport which is 8.2 miles away from the city centre.

There are consistent trains from Manchester Airport to Manchester Piccadilly with the journey being around 20 minutes.

By Road

The M60 motorway, Manchester Ring Motorway is a continuous loop around Greater Manchester and offers multiples routes to enter the centre. Plan here.

From the South (M60/M56)

Follow the M56 and continue onto Princess Parkway/A5103 and continue to follow the A5103 until it becomes Charlotte Street. After approximately 0.2 miles turn right onto Fountain Street and at the next turning go left at the 2nd cross street onto Marble Street. Carry on down Marble Street which turns left and will take you on to Spring Gardens. You have now arrived at the Manchester office.

Parking for visitors

There is no parking for visitors in our Manchester office however there are plenty of car parks throughout the city near our offices, only a short walk away.

Our work in the community

We care about how we do business and the wider community that surrounds us, our clients and our families.

Local Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) leadership teams across our seven national offices oversee our firm wide efforts in the local community. We are keen to encourage all of our employees to think about how they might use the skills they develop in their professional careers to give back to their local community and this is reflected in our strategy.

Currently our Manchester office charity is St Ann’s Hospice. We are working hard with St Ann’s not only to raise funds but to supply volunteers for projects run by St Ann’s. At Christmas time we provided volunteers to assist with At Ann’s Christmas shop. In March 2019 our expert private client lawyers were writing wills for St Ann’s in their Will Week.
