Home office: Southampton and London
Kristian Johnson is a Senior Associate in Clarke Willmott’s Southampton Commercial Property team. He deals with a wide range of commercial property matters including the acquisition and sale of freehold and leasehold properties, landlord and tenant matters and securitisation work with experience acting for both lending institutions and borrowers. Kristian also deals with property aspects of corporate mergers and acquisitions.
Kristian joined Clarke Willmott in 2012 as a Paralegal, before completing his training contract and qualifying as a Solicitor in March 2016.
