Nicola advises developers/housebuilders or those looking to sell development land. Her landlord and tenant experience includes acting for both investors and tenants in the office market and the industrial market. In particular Nicola has considerable experience in acting for tenants taking on or carrying out extensive life science laboratory and GMP facility fit outs.
