Lyn joined Clarke Willmott as a paralegal in the Commercial Property team in Bristol. Lyn has over 30 years commercial property experience, firstly as an experienced legal secretary and then as a qualified paralegal, having qualified in November 2016. Lyn has extensive experience in dealing with post completion formalities and, in particular, first registrations at the Land Registry, having a wealth of knowledge behind her and particularly enjoys the more complex Land Registry applications.
Lyn is also experienced in infrastructure agreements (such as s38 road adoption and s104 sewer adoption agreements) in addition to phase completion work for various registered social housing providers and housing developer clients.
Lyn is a qualified member of the Institute of Paralegals; also a member of the firm’s charity committee and social committee. Lyn is responsible for the organisation of our reading buddies scheme within the firm as part of the firm’s CSR. Lyn is also a line manager/mentor for more junior paralegals.
