Sarah personally specialises in asset management and corporate real estate including development and joint ventures, recoveries, rent reviews and valuation, rating, rights of light and party wall matters, professional negligence relating to real estate, planning and environmental related litigation and investment transactions.
Sarah is a Governor of a large primary school, and is the Chair of both the Finance Committee and the Pay and Performance sub-committee. She is also the Governor responsible for both the Pupil Premium and the provision for children with Special Educational Needs.
