Stuart is an associate in the Planning and Environment team and has a wide range of experience in dealing with all aspects of Town and Country Planning law.
Stuart advises developers, national house builders, county and district councils, statutory undertakers, housing associations, landowners and lenders on a variety of matters including Section 106 Agreements, permitted development rights and prior approval applications, highway and drainage agreements, certificates of lawfulness, planning applications, objections, planning appeals, community infrastructure levy (CIL) and enforcement matters.

- Acting for private clients in relation to strategic planning advice, planning applications, objections, certificates of lawfulness, appeals against enforcement action, and all other areas of planning, highways and public rights of way.
