Karina successfully ran a number of Employment Tribunal cases, comprising unfair dismissal related to conduct, redundancy, capability/ill-health, whistleblowing, discrimination claims including complex disability discrimination. Working closely with her team, Karina’s typical week can range from dealing with employees on long-term sick leave, flexible working requests, dismissal advice, protecting business interests, negotiating settlements to reviewing.
On a daily basis, Karina assists a range of clients (both employers/employees) on a variety of contentious and non-contentious issues. She frequently advises on settlement agreements, from basic agreements to high value exits whilst ensuring employees feel supported throughout the process.
