Paula is a Partner and has been with the Clarke Willmott Employment team for nine years, specialising in employment law and human resources advice.
Described as providing “Excellent service and accurate advice” (Head Teacher following Academy conversion advice). Paula advises on both contentious and non-contentious issues for a wide range of clients.
She provides day-to-day employment support for large organisations, including disciplinary action; in-house training sessions for employers; corporate and commercial property support on business sale agreements and TUPE; handling employment tribunal proceedings; regularly advising on complex issues of enforceability of post termination restrictions; compromise agreements; executive negotiations and regularly deals with individual/claimant and executive employment issues.
Paula joined Clarke Willmott LLP in 2003 following her studies at the University of Sussex and the University of California, Berkeley. Paula is a member of the Employment Lawyers’ Association. She is a regular speaker at conferences.
