Megan deals with a variety of corporate matters ranging from amending current, or drafting new, articles of association and advising on and drafting shareholder agreements, through to assisting on M&A transactions.
After practising corporate law for five years, Megan qualified as a solicitor in March 2020 and joined Clarke Willmott in November 2021. She has extensive experience in re-organisations to streamline large corporate structures and to incorporate good corporate governance as well as assisting with the purchase and disposal of SMEs.
