After practising corporate law as a paralegal for five years, Megan qualified as a solicitor in March 2020 and joined Clarke Willmott in November 2021.
Megan deals with a variety of corporate matters including re-organisations, amending current, or drafting new, articles of association, advising on and drafting shareholder agreements, investment agreements and EMI schemes. She also assists on the purchase and disposal of SMEs in a variety of sectors.
