Caroline Mortimer is a partner in the commercial property team.
She has extensive experience in acting for housebuilders in all aspects of residential development, including strategic land acquisitions and joint venture arrangements.
She also acts for landowners in disposals of land (both immediate sales and long term promotion or option arrangements) for residential and mixed use development.
She joined the firm in November 2021 after working as Head of Legal at an award winning medium size housebuilder.
