Alice joined Clarke Willmott’s planning and environment team in 2017 and qualified as a solicitor in 2021. She acts for a variety of companies and individuals, including national house builders, property developers and housing associations, on a range of planning and development related matters such as submitting and objecting to planning applications, drafting and negotiating s106 agreements and highway and drainage agreements.
