Natalie is a Solicitor in Clarke Willmott’s Housing Management Team in Manchester.

Natalie represents housing associations and local authorities in actions including: anti-social behaviour injunctions; claims for possession; advising on and drafting tenancy policies and procedures; common law breach of tenancy injunctions including access and hoarding; trespass matters and disrepair.

Natalie qualified as a solicitor in 2015 following successful completion of a training contract with a private firm of solicitors in the North East of England. Upon qualification Natalie specialised in practicing Housing Law.

Natalie joined Clarke Willmott in September 2021 having previously worked representing both private landlords and tenants; including acting as the Duty Solicitor at Stockport, Crewe and Chester County Courts This range of experience has provided Natalie with invaluable insight into how cases are likely to be contested by her opponents and enables a strong tactical awareness when conducting her cases.

Natalie prides her self on offering a personal and pro-active approach to case management. She is approachable and professional; determined to achieve the best outcomes for her clients.

Natalie successfully obtained a Law Degree from Durham University in 2010, going on to completed her LPC at Northumbria University in 2011.
