James’ expertise includes working with victims of catastrophic injuries, and their families, to obtain the rehabilitation, support and care required to allow them to regain as much of their lives and independence as possible. This is supported with his experience of working with clients whose affairs are protected by the Court of Protection. James also assists victims of negligence on the part of doctor’s and other medical professionals, both in the private and public sectors.
James joined Clarke Willmott in 2015 from a top 100 law firm, where he gained his expertise. Prior to entering legal practice James studied at the University of Nottingham and the College of Law Birmingham.
James is a member of Headway, a charity dedicated to provide support, information and rehabilitation to victims and families of brain injury.
