In his time in the Corporate Team Cormac has assisted on various aspects of M&A transactions for a variety of SMEs as well as working on matters of corporate governance and company law.
Cormac joined the firm’s Risk and Compliance Team as a paralegal in 2018 while he completed his legal studies. In 2019 Cormac moved into the Corporate Team working initially as a paralegal and then a trainee solicitor before qualifying as a solicitor in September 2021. He supports a wide variety of transactions for the Corporate Team and has recently assisted with the sale of a start-up software company with a broad investor base and a local SME operating in the security sector.
