Nathalie is an associate in our commercial property team, based in Birmingham. Nathalie advises registered providers on various social housing development matters, providing practical commercial advice tailored to the objectives of each client.

Nathalie has extensive experience supporting clients throughout the development process, from the initial acquisition and due diligence stages through to completion and post-completion matters. She regularly advises on land acquisitions, turnkey and golden brick development agreements and due diligence. Nathalie has experience of working on regeneration projects, complex conditional transactions and large-scale bulk acquisitions and her experience spans acting for both registered providers and developers, giving her a valuable understanding of the priorities, challenges and risk considerations faced by all parties involved in social housing delivery.
