Antonia Power

Antonia is a partner in our corporate team, based in Taunton. She advises a diverse range of national and international businesses on strategic corporate matters.

She brings a combination of private practice and in-house experience, having spent 10 years as General Counsel within a variety of high-growth technology businesses spanning fintech, software, procurement and the global energy sector. This experience gives her a strong understanding of the commercial and operational challenges faced by businesses and their leadership teams.

Antonia advises management teams, public sector organisations and businesses on acquisitions, disposals, devolution matters, corporate restructurings, investments and shareholder arrangements.

With 19 years of legal experience in both corporate and commercial risk in industry, Antonia is well-versed in handling intricate business matters and has been described by clients and other professionals as: “collaborative and solution centric”, “experienced and pragmatic” and “always prepared to go the extra mile”.

Antonia studied Law and completed her Legal Practice Course at the University of Exeter. More recently, she designed and delivered a master’s-level course on business law and board-level risk management for future entrepreneurs and directors at the university.
