Kelsey Wells

Kelsey is a qualified solicitor in the Private Capital team. She advises high net worth individuals, families, trustees and business owners on a range of private wealth matters, including succession planning, estate administration and wealth preservation.

Prior to qualifying, Kelsey gained experience as a paralegal within another national firm’s litigation team, assisting on a broad range of complex disputes. During her training contract at an international law firm, she also completed seats in Real Estate and Regulatory, developing a broad understanding of the legal and commercial issues affecting clients. This varied experience enables her to provide practical, commercially focused advice tailored to her clients’ needs.
