Madeline advises on pre‑nuptial and post‑nuptial agreements, including agreements involving significant or international assets, and act in disputes where there are overlapping civil or trust‑related issues. Having trained across several departments at Clarke Willmott, including time spent in the firm’s specialist Agricultural Disputes team, she brings a wider perspective to her advice.
Madeline also advises on private children matters and has experience in complex cases involving domestic abuse and coercive and controlling behaviour.
Madeline takes an empathetic, calm and practical approach helping clients work through often challenging points in their lives.
