James Walker is a Solicitor at Clarke Willmott in our Housing Management team, specialising in Social Housing development. He regularly represents clients in court and has over five years experience working with registered providers of social housing.
James acts on behalf of and advises social housing landlords across all areas of housing management including injunctions, possession, tenancy fraud, succession and advising on policy. He can also conduct advocacy on a client’s behalf in all of these areas.

Experience
James regularly obtains final ASB injunctions or possession orders on behalf of clients. He has attended hearings and conducted the advocacy in these hearings on client behalf when this is in local courts.
