Emily graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2020 with a high 2:1 degree in LLB Law. She joined Clarke Willmott in January 2021 as an administration assistant in the private capital team. Emily progressed within the team before qualifying as a Solicitor in November 2025 via Clarke Willmott’s SQE Pathway.

Emily has a broad range of experience within the private capital sphere due to her time in the court of protection team and the probate team. She now specialises in lifetime matters, using her client-focused approach and technical knowledge to achieve the desired outcome for her clients.
Emily deals primarily with lifetime work focusing on inheritance tax planning and the drafting of an abundance of legal documentation including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorneys and Trusts.
Emily is an Affiliate Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practioners (“STEP”). She is working towards becoming a Full Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practioners.
