Phil is a Partner in the Commercial Property team specialising in the real estate aspects of property development for a number of national and regional residential development companies.
He has extensive experience in immediate and strategic land development and joint venture arrangements between housebuilders.
Phil joined Clarke Willmott in 2017 having previously worked as an in-house Legal Director at a national housebuilder.
