Claire is a Chartered Legal Executive Senior Associate within the Home Sales team based in our Taunton office.

Claire specialises in social housing transactions including staircasing, infrastructure, lease extensions, shared ownership resales, deeds of variation, and right to buy/acquire, working with a number of national, regional and local social housing clients including Clarion, Peabody Trust, London & Quadrant Housing Trust, Sovereign and Housing Solutions.

Due to having a residential conveyancing background, Claire is able to advise all parties and pre-empt issues that may arise.

Claire specialises in second hand residential social housing transactions, in particular shared ownership matters.

Claire advises clients on a wide range of transactions especially in respect of shared ownership properties. Claire has extensive knowledge of the residential conveyancing process having previously worked in residential conveyancing for 14+ years. This has transferred to assist registered providers in their sales and purchases.
