We are delighted to announce the strengthening of our Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence practice with the appointment of Chris Thorne as Partner.
Chris specialises in acting for victims of medical accidents. He also has extensive experience in dealing with victims of road traffic and work place accidents who have suffered life changing injuries, often brain or spinal cord injuries. Chris gained worldwide recognition as a leading expert in cryogenics, IVF and male fertility after he represented the claimants in the ground breaking case Yearworth vs North Bristol NHS Trust and victims of Sheffield and Edinburgh sperm destruction incidents.
Chris will be based at Clarke Willmott’s Taunton office where he will work closely with Lee Hart, Partner, in developing the firm’s Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence practice.

He is also an APIL accredited Senior Litigator and a Law Society assessor and a Trustee of Headway Devon.
