Tanya is a Senior Associate in the Commercial Property team specialising in development and acquisitions.
Tanya’s expertise includes working with house builders, developers, private land owners and affordable housing providers. She specialises in advising national house builders such as Barratt Homes, Persimmon and Crest Nicholson, and also deals with company property portfolios and assists with the management, acquisition and disposals of investment portfolios.
Tanya qualified in 2011 and joined Clarke Willmott in 2013 having worked at Veale Wasbrough Vizards LLP.

Affordable housing deals – acting for affordable housing providers in relation to “off the shelf” acquisitions and acquisitions at “golden brick” stage.
Residential development land – acting for house builders on all aspects of land acquisitions and development including overage agreements and option agreements.
Renewable and solar energy – acting for private landowners in relation to the negotiation of an option and lease.
Consortium land – acting for house builders in relation to large development sites and land exchange deals.
