Holly Mullinger

Holly’s practice is broad and includes advising individuals and businesses in all sectors on any number of contentious matters ranging from professional negligence and will disputes.

Holly is a solicitor in the Commercial and Private Client Litigation Team specialising in commercial disputes, contentious Wills, trusts and probate and property litigation. She is based in the Bristol office.

Holly joined Clarke Willmott in 2020 after training at a firm in Worcester. She received a distinction in her Legal Practice Course with the University of Law and was shortlisted for Paralegal of the Year Award by the Law Society.
