We are delighted to announce our 2021 promotions, including three new partners.

The promotions span across all of the firm’s seven regional offices with Stephen Rosser praising candidates for how well they adapted during an unprecedented year.

Promoted to partner were Andrew Stone, an intellectual property solicitor in our Manchester office; Mark Scotney, a construction solicitor in our Birmingham office; and Amy Peacey, a commercial solicitor in our Southampton office.

A further seven solicitors were promoted to senior associate and 11 solicitors were promoted to associate.

Stephen Rosser, said: “This year’s internal promotions process was undertaken during unprecedented times and during discussions with candidates it was evident how well individuals and teams have been adapting to our new ways of working. It really has been a pleasure to see so many excellent examples of how those being promoted have stepped up in readiness for their new roles.

Developing our people is absolutely fundamental to us as a business and the great service that we can provide to our clients is only possible due to the great people we have within the firm. This has become even more critical as we embrace the flexible ways of working and those promoted will assume greater responsibilities and in many cases leadership roles and the skills they have demonstrated will be vital as we become accustomed to a new normal.”
