Paula is a Senior Associate in the family Team specialising in complex divorce, financial remedy, and children matters, with a focus on achieving fair, pragmatic outcomes through both collaborative and court based solutions.

Paula Mansfield is a Senior Associate in the Family team and is based in the Manchester office. She is a Resolution-accredited specialist in financial remedy and emergency procedures within financial remedy proceedings and a trained collaborative lawyer. Paula has over 25 years post qualified experience of dealing with family law matters and joined Clarke Willmott in May 2025.

Paula also provides sensitive and pragmatic advice in relation to children arrangements, including cases involving relocation, implacable hostility and domestic abuse.

• Representing clients in relation to children proceedings including cases with threats to remove children from the jurisdiction and allegations of serious harm.
