Annie completed a BA (Hons) degree and Business and Marketing at VIA University, Denmark and a LLB (Hons) degree from City University, London. Coming from such cross discipline academic background Annie is used to taking into account both commercial and legal aspects in any matter she is dealing with.
Annie is experienced in dealing with and registering unregistered land and is proud to have assisted in the first registration of Hampton Court Palace. Annie has been involved in a number of other first registrations of land as part of her work and has handled the related correspondence with the Land Registry.
Annie has assisted in large corporate transactions leading and organising the property aspect of golf course acquisitions and large retail parks acquisitions dealing with restrictions on title and unregistered land where necessary.
Annie is honoured to have been working with Historic Royal Palaces assisting and managing their matters in relation to The Tower of London, Hampton Court Palace and Banqueting Hall and associated lands for the last three years.
Annie has recently been the leading part of a tender the firm was invited to by a long-term standing client of hers. She worked together with several teams from across different offices to put together the successful proposal.
As a native speaker of the language, Annie has also been working hard to establish and develop good relationships with the Bulgarian community in the UK which the firm fully supports not only by sponsoring the British Bulgarian Business Awards 2020 but also by offering property services and a corporate health-check in Bulgarian. Annie has been dedicating her free time to provide information about the property market and the conveyancing process in the UK on social media platforms benefitting the community as a good cause.
