Andrea is a partner in the Commercial Real Estate team based in Taunton specialising in landlord and tenant work with a particular emphasis on office and retail work.
Anna oversees the set up and workflow for the team’s high-volume contracts and also specialises in the recovery of service charge arrears and ground rent for residential managing agents.
Carly undertakes a variety of work including reviewing and drafting precedent legal documents for sales, auctions, staircasing, lease extension, shared ownership resale, traditional sale and purchase, and case management system design / improvements.
James specialises in all types of residential property sales and purchases and mortgages both locally and nationwide as well as agricultural sales and purchases.
Jana started working in Clarke Willmott in 2014 and began her CILEX studies and developed a passion for family law. Jana joined the family team in 2021 and successfully qualified in February 2024, earning her position as a newly qualified Chartered Legal Executive within the team.
