Clarke Willmott’s Cardiff office ranks highly in 2024 Legal 500
The 2024 Legal 500 results have been announced and once again the Cardiff office of national law firm Clarke Willmott LLP has ranked highly with both practice areas and individual lawyers named.
The guide, which ranks the UK’s top lawyers and firms, recommended the Cardiff office in three practice areas including banking and finance, Tier 2; social housing, Tier 2 and commercial property, Tier 4.
Cardiff lawyers were also individually named in the guide with Vicky Kells in social housing listed as a ‘Leading Individual’ and Bethan Evans, a banking and finance specialist, named as a ‘Next Generation Partner’.
Meanwhile partner Fraser MacRae is named in the prestigious ‘Hall of Fame’ list, the Legal 500’s guide to outstanding lawyers nationwide, along with three other Clarke Willmott lawyers.

Nationally, Clarke Willmott received Top Tier rankings in nine practice areas and recommendations in 46 practice areas. Four Clarke Willmott lawyers are named in the ‘Hall of Fame’, 18 are named as ‘leading individuals’, 9 as ‘next generation’ lawyers and 10 as ‘rising stars’. A total of 119 lawyers are recommended in the guide.
