Our divisions

Our business is made up of four divisions covering more than 20 practice areas.
Private Client
Our private client division is led by Anthony Fairweather. The division is made up of more than 100 people and includes our Private Capital, Family, Private Property & Agriculture, Financial Services Litigation, Personal Injury & Clinical Negligence teams.
Commercial
Led by Simon Thomas, our commercial division comprises our Corporate, Commercial, Employment, BRU, Insolvency & Restructuring teams.
Commercial Property
We have one of the largest commercial property teams in the UK. The team is led by Simon Day and comprises more than 70 lawyers who advise clients at every stage of the commercial property lifecycle, from first plans to asset management and disposal. The division includes our Commercial Property, Planning, and Home Sales teams
Property Services & Litigation
Our property services & litigation division led by Kary Withers comprises specialists in Commercial & Private Client Litigation, Construction, Property Litigation, and Housing Management teams.
For our business clients, we also have a sector focus, which brings together lawyers from different disciplines and divisions to meet the full range of needs of clients within those sectors.
