Wills, trusts and probate costs
On this page, you’ll find our fixed fee packages for certain services and some examples of our fees for services that will ultimately be determined by your particular circumstances.
Medical negligence
is when a medical or healthcare professional fails to provide treatment at the standard considered reasonable for their experience and specialism; they fail in their ‘duty of care’ – with life changing consequences for the patient. This is usually by doing something they shouldn’t have or not doing something they should have.
So, if you or a loved one believe you’ve come to serious harm at the hands of a surgeon, doctor, midwife, GP, optician or any other healthcare professional, you could be due compensation.
Wills & probate
For over 100 years our Wills and Probate solicitors have been helping people manage their affairs and loved ones’ estates, to give them financial security and enhanced quality of life in the present and for the future.
International Court of Protection services
Someone who has lost the mental capacity to manage their finances may well hold assets – such as investments, property and shares – in different parts of the world. If you’re looking after their affairs, it can be complicated and difficult to get financial institutions in other countries to recognise a Lasting Power of Attorney or Deputy order. Our specialist Court of Protection solicitors can help you by co-ordinating and dealing with these assets.
