Clarke Willmott’s Southampton office announces 2024 promotions

The Southampton office of national law firm Clarke Willmott LLP has announced a series of internal promotions for 2024.

A total of four lawyers from the office were included in the announcement at the firm, which is this year celebrating its 135th anniversary.

Due to be promoted to partner, subject to approval from the Solicitors Regulation Authority, is Kristian Johnson and Greg Goodman, both in the commercial property team. They deal with a wide range of commercial property matters including the acquisition and sale of freehold and leasehold properties, landlord and tenant matters and securitisation work with experience acting for both lending institutions and borrowers.

Making the move to senior associate is Ariaan Wilson, also in the commercial property team in Southampton while promoted to associate is Gina McCadden, an employment lawyer who advises both employers and individuals on a range of matters including both contentious and non-contentious issues.
