Law firm Clarke Willmott LLP has added a new partner to its Taunton office.
Matthew Roach joins the firm’s well-established commercial property team bringing with him over 20 years of experience in real estate law.
Previously the director and head of residential development at Walker Solicitors, Matthew specialises in complex partnerships transactions, land acquisitions and disposals, development agreements and associated works.
Regularly advising landowners and housing developers, Matthew is commended for his high quality and pragmatic legal advice.
