The Bristol office of national law firm Clarke Willmott LLP has bolstered its private capital team with two new joiners.

Specialising in wealth and estate planning, Jennifer Charlton joins as a partner, bringing a wealth of experience in advising families and individuals on a broad range of private client and tax matters.

Also joining the team is associate Henry Garden, who specialises in high net worth estate planning. Henry brings with him a strong background in advising families and individuals on tax, succession and estate planning issues.

Jennifer and Henry will be based in Clarke Willmott’s Bristol office at Assembly Building C on Cheese Lane, but will also cover the firm’s Cardiff and London offices.

Jacqui Lazare, also a partner in the private capital team, said: “We are incredibly excited to be growing the private capital team at Clarke Willmott in Bristol.

“Since I joined in 2020, both the team and our client base has expanded and we have developed a reputation as leading private capital advisers in the South West.

“With a proven track record for successfully dealing with high net worth and complex issues, our team works closely with other professional advisers to ensure the best possible outcome for clients.

“Jennifer and Henry’s addition to the team will further strengthen our offering and we look forward to working with them both.”
