- Why the FCA has turned its focus to decumulation strategies
- The insight that the FCA may have gained from BSPS and
- The need for their thematic review.
- Claims, complaints and outcomes we’ve seen. We’ll run you through a sample of disputes that have arisen between consumers and advisers concerning drawdown, and the outcomes.
- Avoiding problems. We will be offering some top tips to avoid claims and complaints in this area.
