Event details
After last year’s sell out event, we are delighted to once again be hosting our annual HR & Employment Law Conference, which is taking place on Tuesday 13 October 2026.
Our Employment team are excited to bring you a full morning of dynamic discussions, practical guidance and meaningful connections. Join fellow HR and people leaders and like-minded businesses to gather hands-on tips, essential action points and fresh insights from both our legal experts and guest speakers.
This year the conference is being hosted in person at the Somerset Country Cricket Club and is also available to watch online (or to view at any time thereafter if you are not able to attend).
Topics
This year, the event will be framed around a real‑life disciplinary case study, creating a highly engaging and practical learning experience. Key focus areas will include:
- Getting it right – ever wondered if there’s a better way to ask a question? We explore what to ask, how to ask it, and when it matters most, with practical insight into effective questioning, interrogation, and cross‑examination techniques, led by a guest speaker.
- Your essential guide to Neurodiversity in the Workplace – from day to day management, reasonable adjustments to managing issues with guest speaker
- 2026/2027 HR Game Plan: New law, modern workforce issues, fresh strategies, smart leadership
