National law firm Clarke Willmott has strengthened its London construction practice with the appointment of partner Emma Raspin.

Emma joins the firm’s national construction team from Burges Salmon and will lead its transactional construction offering. She advises developers, investors, funders and other clients on the procurement, financing and delivery of complex development and infrastructure projects. Her expertise spans real estate development, finance and renewable energy.

Emma has experience across a wide range of construction matters and advises clients throughout the project lifecycle. She has also practised in the Middle East and has supported major built environment projects involving complex funding arrangements.
