Our partner-led team of commercial property solicitors is one of the largest in the UK. Operating across England and Wales, the team provides the expertise of more than 100 lawyers who advise at every stage of the commercial property lifecycle, from first plans to asset management and disposal.
Emma is an associate in Clarke Willmott’s Bristol Commercial and Private Client Litigation department and advises across a range of commercial disputes, including breach of contract, debt recovery, business disputes and professional negligence.
Fraser represents both lenders and borrowers on secured and unsecured financing and advises on a mixture of loan agreements, note purchase agreements and other funding structures together with associated security documentation and intercreditor arrangements.
