Marc is a Corporate solicitor with two years’ post-qualification experience and has had the opportunity to provide advice to a wide range of clients operating across multiple sectors from start-up technology businesses to directors of mature logistics companies.
Matthew has derived experience from prior roles both in private practice and in-house within the social housing sector. Matthew was most recently lead housing management solicitor in an in-house legal team for a large registered provider of social housing.
Matthew advises social landlords on contentious and non-contentious housing and asset management matters with a particular focus on housing conditions claims.
Megan deals with a variety of corporate matters ranging from amending current, or drafting new, articles of association and advising on and drafting shareholder agreements, through to assisting on M&A transactions.
