Lorna is an Associate in Clarke Willmott’s Housing Management Team in London. Lorna has extensive experience of working with social landlord clients having worked as an in-house lawyer for a local authority and for a registered provider.
Matthew advises social landlords on contentious and non-contentious housing and asset management matters with a particular focus on housing conditions claims.
Michelle works with panel deputies, families, social workers and local authorities to ensure that the financial affairs of individuals lacking the requisite decision-making capacity are properly managed.
Michelle is a Partner in the Planning and Environmental team and specialises in all aspects of planning, highways and compulsory purchase law and has held senior positions in both the private and public sectors.
Paul is a Partner and head of the private capital team in Clarke Willmott’s Manchester office. Paul specialises in estate planning, Wills, & trusts for clients with complex family and finance arrangements.
