As a planning lawyer I am involved in both contentious issues (appeal work, judicial reviews) and non-contentious instructions (drafting complex section 106 agreements, advising on permitted development rights, CIL, green belt or heritage issues) and I enjoy this mix of work.
Jacqui advises private clients on UK-based tax and estate planning, estate administration and philanthropy and also advises charities on a range of issues.
Jana started working in Clarke Willmott in 2014 and began her CILEX studies and developed a passion for family law. Jana joined the family team in 2021 and successfully qualified in February 2024, earning her position as a newly qualified Chartered Legal Executive within the team.
