We know that COVID-19 has led to an intensified use of green spaces. Whilst public rights of way were largely able to cope with the increased footfall in the first lockdown, the onset of winter weather has caused many to deteriorate.
Laura assists executors on all aspects of estate administration including estates with agricultural assets, business assets, reporting to HMRC on gifts made in lifetime as well as working with our Litigation Department on estates that are contentious.
Laura is a Partner in our first tier Property Litigation team specialising in commercial property portfolio management and real property disputes for a variety of national property investors and retailers.
