Experienced corporate lawyer Oksana Howard has joined national law firm Clarke Willmott as a partner in its London office.
Oksana advises both domestic and international clients on a wide range of corporate matters. She has particular expertise in complex, often high-value cross-border M&A transactions and frequently acts for overseas companies operating across multiple jurisdictions, including the United States.
She has a diverse client base, ranging from owner-managed businesses, entrepreneurs and High Net Worth individuals to start-ups, SMEs and multinational public companies.
Her practice spans a variety of sectors, with notable expertise in technology, renewable energy, sport, hotels and leisure, education, healthcare and manufacturing.
Oksana has been recognised by The Legal 500 as a Leading Partner, acknowledging her expertise as a top-tier corporate lawyer. She joins Clarke Willmott from Blaser Mills Law.

- Advising the overseas investment fund on a purchase of a UK company, as part of a €70 million purchase of an overall target group operating in various countries across Europe.
- Acting for one of the world’s largest manufacturers of heating and cooling solutions – a public listed company with multiple subsidiaries worldwide – in a multi-million-pound acquisition of a UK-based company.
- Advising a UK football club on a corporate restructuring of its international group, working with overseas lawyers in other jurisdictions.
- Assisting a major US-based private equity investor with the acquisition of a minority stake in an English football club.
- Advising a leading supplier in the automobile industry originating from India on a multi-million acquisition of a UK company operating in the same sector – a UK branch of a large overseas multinational group.
