Advised original founders on the reacquisition of Manchester retail tech business One iota, to lead and invest in the business accelerating and expanding its digital retail capabilities.
2. Healthcare Management Trust (HMT)
Advised HMT, a registered charity delivering not for profit health and social care, on the acquisition of the issued share capital of St Quentin Residential Home Limited
15. Linc Cymru Housing Association
Advised the housing association on the sale of Capel Grange Care Home in Newport, the latest in a series of care home deals, as part of a strategic divestment of the housing association’s care portfolio.

Acted for the Swedish headquartered Anticimex Group on its acquisition of Action Pest Control Limited.
